This policy explains how Shreenaad handles information submitted through the Talent Hunt 2027 registration form.

Information collected

The form collects the participant’s name, mobile number, email address, age group, performance category, state or union territory, city or district, and UPI transaction reference submitted for payment verification.

How information is used

We use these details to administer registration, verify the registration fee, contact participants about the competition, assess progression through the rounds, and respond to support requests.

Storage and sharing

Registration submissions are sent to the event’s private registration tracker for use by the Shreenaad team. They are not displayed publicly. The website and its form hosting services process information to deliver the registration service. We do not sell participant information. Information may be disclosed if required by law or needed to investigate payment or security issues.

Retention and requests

We retain registration information for event administration, payment reconciliation, and related recordkeeping, then remove or anonymise it when it is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. To request access, correction, or deletion, email sbuva62@gmail.com and include the registration reference if available.

Protect your payment credentials

Never share a UPI PIN, banking password, or one-time password with the organiser. The registration form asks only for the transaction reference needed to match a payment.
